We plan to sail around the world with our sailing yacht Ithaka. During our journey we would like to get to know oceans, countries and people and by doing so discover new horizons for us. If we can and are asked for, we are ready to share our knowledge with other people onsite.

It is important for us to stay engaged with our family, friends, former colleagues and other interested people by reporting on our discoveries. Therefore we invite you to follow us in this blog.

To make it easy and entertaining for you we change our reporting language subject to the topic (English and German from time to time, translator button is available) and reporting style (story telling, factual reports, pictures with no comments).
